Emilie Rodrigues joins Synerkine Pharma

Synerkine Pharma is excited to welcome Emilie Rodrigues as the latest member to the team. Emilie joins Synerkine Pharma in February 2022 as Director CMC Development. She will be responsible for the coordination and management of the process, analytical, and formulation development activities at our CDMO partners.

Prior to joining Synerkine Pharma, Emilie worked in process development for viral vaccines at Intravacc (The Netherlands). As Scientist in process development, she was responsible for the development and optimization of process for vaccine production from lab to production scale, including technology transfer for GMP production. In parallel, Emilie was also a Project Manager for internal and external projects.

Emilie was trained as a chemical engineer at the Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal) and holds a PhD in tissue engineering from the University of Twente (2014).
